Caterpillar Inc USA
3306 truck engine converted to dual fuel.
Aimed at the Eastern European bus market. This dual
fuel engine has been accepted by Caterpillar with a
factory warranty and licensed to Caterpillar for ongoing

pakistan
A fleet of 69 Nissan service trucks for
Sui Southern Gas Company was converted to dual fuel
and operated in Karachi for many years. Some of the
conversion kits were transferred to new vehicles as
the older ones were replaced. [more]

The CA6110 diesel engine manufactured
by FAW was developed to dual
fuel operation. Euro II emissions standards were achieved
with the use of a catalyst. The work was undertaken
for Brillient Tiger Ind Ltd. [more]
brazil
The conversion of an OM314 powered dual
fuel bus in Brazil has shown excellent road performance
and diesel substitution. [more]
australia
Boral Transport in Australia have over
1,000 heavy haulage trucks. DieselGas developed a 407hp
dual fuel Detroit Series 60 engine. The engine was used
a truck and dog to haul 40 tonne quarry metal around
urban Sydney. The Detroit Series 60 engine is electronically
controlled on diesel which allowed precise dual fuel

Other Projects
Daimler Benz
The OM314 and OM355 engines manufactured
under license in Iran were converted to dual fuel. These
engines were designed in the 1950’s and 60’s
and did not meet any emissions standards. Both of these
engines were developed to dual fuel operation and achieved
Euro II emission standards without the use of a catalyst
which is believed to be a world first. [more]
